Terms and Conditions

We accept orders 24/7 through our online store. Please note all emails and queries will be responded to within our business hours –  9am to 5:30pm EST, Monday to Friday.  


Schmooze Online accepts Paypal payments and Credit Card payments through our online store. We do not accept orders placed in person in store, and we cannot accept cash for online orders. 

We are unable to accept Carwyn gift voucher payments at this time.

All orders will be tracked via our courier companies.

Incorrect Postage.

We can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our warehouse.
Schmooze Online has an automated postage system and orders will be sent to the exact address entered when your order is placed online. We take no responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or failure to accept a delivery (ie. post box notification slips) you will be charged additional postage to re-deliver the goods.

Damage To Goods.

In the unlikely event one or multiple items in your shipment are broken upon arrival, please let us know immediately. We deal with these issues on a case by case basis, but prefer photo evidence of the broken goods, OR, the return of the entire package for replacement. In the event that we replace a box, we will send a pre-paid Return To Sender label, via email for downloading. We request that you print this label, attach this to the box with damaged goods, and pass it along to your local post office.

Contents are subject to availability.

In some instances we may need to swap out one or more beers from your beer subscription if we've sold through that stock. We reserve the right to select an appropriate substitute at our discretion.

All orders aim to be shipped within 5 business days of purchasing.

All online orders take from 2-10 business days to arrive. If you have not received your order within 10 business days you should contact us at orders@schmoozebycarwyn.com.au

Refund / Replace / Change of Mind Policy / Products Missing from Order

All discrepancies with orders received must be addressed within 7 days of receiving the order. After 7 days, Schmooze Online reserves the final right to determine if orders with discrepancies will be addressed at our discretion.

Coupon Codes

Each coupon code has different requirements and rewards. Whilst we try and keep our codes as specific as possible, our system may sometimes allow you to apply an invalid coupon. If you apply a coupon code not designed for your purchase we reserve the right to charge you the discrepancy.

Sale items can not be further discounted with codes or other special offers.

We will not ship products where incorrect free shipping or 15% off discounts have been applied. 

In order to provide you with certain products or services, we may ask for personal details such as your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, and we will keep a record of this information. You do not have to provide any personal information to us. However, if you choose not to provide certain types of personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you have requested, or you may not be able to avail yourself of all of our website features and functionality.

We only collect personal information when it is provided voluntarily by you. For example, we may collect your personal information when you register with us for our newsletter, order our products, contact us online, send us correspondence.

The personal information that we collect via our website or through correspondence with you will be used and disclosed for the purposes for which you supplied it. For example, the contact details that you provide to us may be used to identify and fulfill any orders you place, ensuring that any products purchased via our website are delivered to the given address.

We use your information in a variety of ways including:

  • to help with administration;
  • to improve the information, products and services we offer to you;
  • for business analysis and research; and
  • for marketing specific products that you have subscribed to or ordered.
  • In exceptional situations, we may also use and disclose your personal information for other reasons permitted under the Act including complying with a request from the police or a regulatory or government authority or in the unlikely event that our business assets are ever sold to, or purchased by, another company (as our data records form part of our business).

We may also use and disclose personal information for purposes related or ancillary to the main reasons we collect it, such as invoicing and reminder notices, newsletters, invitations to events, market research or to improve our service and communications. If at any time you do not wish to receive these kinds of communications please contact us and let us know. We take payment from your card once your order is placed. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail. We will endeavour to have your order fulfilled or suggest a comparable product of similar nature. If we cannot fulfil your order a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
