How Does It Work?

For once off single & gift boxes:

We'll send your order out asap! If we have stock (most likely we'll still have a few boxes available - we always order extra!) we'll send your order our within 3 business days.

For subscription orders:

Every subscription has a different process date. When you sign up, you'll either get your first box immediately, or if you sign up in the 'Buffer Zone', we'll wait until the next process date to send your first box. This means you won't be getting flooded with two boxes in quick succession - although not the worst problem to have!

Once you're in the club, you'll get your beer on that club's particular purchase date, along with all the other members. We aim to send all subscription orders out within 5 business days of processing!

Manage your own subscription!
Whether your fridge is too full, you're going on holidays, or just taking a break from booze, we've got you covered. You can 'skip' a month, pause, or cancel your subscription at anytime via the 'My Account' page.

How do I create an account?
When you sign up for a subscription, our system automatically creates an account to keep track of all your orders. You should receive an email asking you to activate your account, and to set a password, after starting a subscription. If you missed this email (or you signed up a while ago!) just click the 'Forgot your password?' option on the login page, enter your email address and we'll resend the activation email.
