Manage your subscription
Manage everything to do with your subscription from the My Account page.
Do I have an account?
When you sign up for a subscription, our system automatically creates an account to keep track of all your orders. You should receive an email asking you to activate your account, and to set a password, after starting a subscription. If you missed this email (or you signed up a while ago!) just click the 'Forgot your password?' option on the login page, enter your email address and we'll resend the activation email.
Manage your own subscription!
Whether your fridge is too full, you're going on holidays, or just taking a break from booze, we've got you covered. You can 'skip' a month, pause, or cancel your subscription at anytime via the 'My Account' page.
Note: we do not allow The One subscription to be paused or skipped - you're either in or you're out!
Update shipping & billing details.
Moving house? New credit card? Don't let these things get in the way of having great beer delivered! Update your shipping address (make sure you update the SUBSCRIPTION shipping address, not the BILLING) and payment details directly from the My Account page. For security reasons, we cannot update your billing details - it's all you baby!
