When will I get my booze?
Your first box generally is sent out immediately, provided you don't fall in the 'Buffer Zone' (don't worry, it's not as scary as it sounds!). Once we have received your order, we aim to get your box sent out within 3 business days.
So what is this 'Buffer Zone'?
It's essentially the crossover period from when we move on from one month, to the next month's specific case. We set this up so you don't get two of the same boxes in a month - which would be a real drag!

Can I change how often I get my pack?
By default everyone, gets their subscription either monthly or bi-monthly, quarterly, depending on the product. You can easily skip your next delivery or pause your subscription at any time from the My Account section of Schmooze.
Just note we do not allow The One subscription to be paused! With such an eager waitlist, you're either in or you're out.
How do I create an account?
When you sign up for a subscription, our system automatically creates an account to keep track of all your orders. You should receive an email asking you to activate your account, and to set a password, after starting a subscription. If you missed this email (or you signed up a while ago!) just click the 'Forgot your password?' option on the login page, enter your email address and we'll resend the activation email.
Can I add a gift note?
Sure, you little cutie! In the 'notes' section of the check-out you can request a gift note there. We try to hand write these when we can - so just be aware that all your weird messages get read and written by real human beings! We love a bit of a chuckle, but just keep it in mind!
Am I obliged to purchase a minimum amount?
Nope! You can cancel your subscription at any point, even after just one box.
Can I add more than one discount code at the checkout?
Unfortunately not. Our system doesn't allow "stacking" discount codes. So if you find a juicy discount code in your travels, make sure you don't override it with one of lesser value.
Do you really curate each box?
Yes! We are Carwyn Cellars! The packs are curated from stock that we love! We're always connecting with new and interesting brewers, distillers and winemakers to fill the shelves in our store, and so our subscription packs are like a little box of the Carwyn Bottleshop that can be delivered right to your door!
Speaking of deliveries, how do you deliver?
AusPost for anything that's not local. For local orders, we are able to deliver via our very own Neighborhood Sip Service. Specific postage rates are based on postcode, state, and product option.

Can I get a list of what beer I'm purchasing before hand?
While we like to keep upcoming boxes a surprise, once it's out in the wild we publish the current box line-up!

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Credit Card & PayPal payments. As this is a subscription service, we aren't able to apply existing Carwyn 'Fun Money' gift vouchers to subscription orders.
