Nationally recognised for their award-winning sour beers, Dollar Bill have taken a different approach here. They have collaborated with the Fed Uni brewing group ‘Uni Tank’, based in Ballarat, to brew a ‘beerier’ style. Nice and malt forward with a spicy hop bight.

A staple in the fridges here at Carwyn Cellars, Deeds Draught is a clean and crisp lager with a malt bill including 20% maize (corn and maize best known for their work in cervezas like Corona) to produce a nice, creamy finish.

A nice, crisp, pale IPA. Liquid Refreshment has a beautiful floral aroma with a solid, body of citrus and nectarine to back it up. The bitterness lingers on the palate but never overpowers – drinking very clean, reminiscent of a West Coast Pilsner.

Fruited Hazy Double IPA | 8.0% | Lilydale, VIC
It’s not often we get a fruited-to-the-teeth hazy IPA in the Aus scene! Peach and apricot have been added onto a base hazy IPA made with fruit-forward hops (Sabro, Cashmere and Azzaca) to give us breakkie juice in a can!

Mountain Culture x Sierra Nevada • Summer Ale
Hazy Pale Ale | 5.6% | Katoomba NSW x Chico, CA USA
Two behemoths of Pale Ale have come together. Mountain Culture have won award after award for Status Quo Pale, while Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale is an international craft beer staple. This one leans much more toward the former’s style, with a beautiful haze in-glass.
