Based on the cocktail created in late 80s NYC, pineapple provides a sweet tang, with raspberries providing an underripe fruit tartness to the brew. Created with heavy input from the team at Pours Canned Cocktails, we can’t stop saying oui oui!

Kveik Hazy IPA | 6.1% | Kensington, VIC
Brewed using a typical hazy IPA recipe, but with added complexity of the Scandinavian yeast ‘kviek’. Heaps of mango and peach build the base for a slight funky-farmhouse lemon zest flavour to play on. Skol!
