Tour de Tinnie - July 2022

Built of a resilient and passionate community who will overcome any obstacle put in front of them, the Aussie craft beer scene is booming and we could not be happier! This Beerthuisast box is filled with just a few producers who have made inspiring leaps of progress over the last couple years. (Read: Aussie Brewers Are Thirsty & Thriving!)

What's in the box:

Co-Conspirators • The Hype Man

Hazy Pale Ale | 5.0% | Brunswick, VIC

Hopped with Simcoe, Azacca & Idaho 7, with the additions of oats and wheat. Big citrus aromas with a deceptively light and fluffy palate.

Smash ⚫ - ⚪ - ⚪ Savour

Philter • Old Ale

Dark Ale | 4.5% | Marrickville, NSW

An ode back to the old-school. Dark, roasted malt and chocolate character with a smooth and satisfying finish. From one of Australia’s first female brewers!

Smash ⚪ - ⚪ - ⚫ Savour

White Bay • Lager

Lager | 4.7% | Rozelle, NSW

From a brewery that set out with the intention of dedicating itself to lagers! Covid led them to add some other styles to the mix but they have become our go-to for excellent Aussie-made lagers! Phenomenal!

Smash ⚫ - ⚪ - ⚪ Savour

Fury & Son • IPA

American IPA | 6.3% | Keilor Park, VIC

An American IPA with West Coast vibes, featuring pine and citrus aromas, followed by a biscuity malt with caramel sweetness and juicy fruits.

Smash ⚪ - ⚫ - ⚪ Savour

Love Shack • Mid-Strength Red Ale

Mid-Strength Red Ale | 3.5% | Castlemaine, VIC

This beer holds a lot of flavour in it’s small ABV and nice new packaging. Mild biscuit and toffee make a winter warmer that we’d still drink all day come summer long.

Smash ⚫ - ⚪ - ⚪ Savour

Fox Friday • Pale Ale

Hazy Pale Ale | 5.0% | Hobart, TAS

This Tassie brewery has an affinity, passion and now avid following for their American-inspired hazies such as this Pale. Hopped with the all-American ‘C’ varieties Chinook, Citra, Centennial & Columbus!

Smash ⚪ - ⚫ - ⚪ Savour

Dangerous Ales • Killer Raspberry

Raspberry Kettle Sour | 4.2% | Milton, NSW

Damien ‘Dangerous Damo’ Martin’s ventured into brewing after pro big wave body-boarding and time as chef at top restaurants around the globe. This guy knows how to balance flavour! Expect bright raspberry juice, with punchier acidity, that doesn’t overwhelm the fruit.
