Sobremesa 'Ounces of Good' & a cheesy, peppery Cacio e Pepe with a Caprese Salad.
The light citrus notes compliment the acidity of the tomatoes of the caprese salad, while the creamy mozzarella will be cut by the spritzy carbonation of the beer. The carbonation will also cut through the rich cacio e pepe and the slight phenolic notes of the saison will match perfectly with the freshly ground pepper in the pasta.
