Tour de Tinnie - January 2025

Tour de Tinnie - January 2025

Starting the year off with great beer! Find some smashing brews from VIC locals as well a Tassie & a New Zealand treat. Plus find a bonus stubby holder from our Footscray friends at Hop Nation!

What's in the box:

2x | Garage Project • Bliss

Kiwi Lager | 4.5% | Wellington, New Zealand

A long-standing smashable favourite from our friends across the ditch. Due to its subzero temperatures during fermentation and lagering, Bliss is as crisp as they come! So, sit back in the Aussie sun and pour yourself a glass of Bliss.

2x | Holgate • Mountain Mist

Hazy Pale Ale | 5.0% | Woodend, VIC

After celebrating 25 years in 2024, Holgate haven’t mist (see what I did there?) a beat. Mountain Mist is the perfect hazy pale with a mix of US and Aussie hops giving plenty of citrus, with a well-balanced bitterness.

2x | Hop Nation • Summer Sour: Peach & Lime

Fruited Sour | 4.0% | Foorscray, VIC

Who doesn’t love a juicy peach on a hot summer day? Brewed on a pale base with plenty of zesty lime, this brew was soured twice to give it some extra tang, perfect for keeping you quenched and refreshed!

2x | Cornella • Festbier

Festival Lager | 5.4% | Cornella, VIC

Brewed with malt grown locally, Cornella’s Festbier is a pale lager with a solid malty backbone. Taking on traditional German techniques, this is the perfect celebration of what local ingredients can do!

2x | Venom • Refreshing Ale

Kolsch | 3.5% | Yea, VIC

Brewed in the little known (though widely consumed) style of a Kolsch, Venom’s refreshing ale has been one of the classic Aussie middies for a while now. Super light and easy drinking, the fruity Aussie hops play beautifully on a base of ale and wheat malts.

1x | Cornella • Old Town: Red Ale

Irish Red Ale | 4.4% | Cornella, VIC

Brewed as part of Cornella’s Old Town series, an ode to the beers of the British Isles, their red ale is a clear homage to the Irish Red Ale. Plenty of toffee and caramel with a ruby-brown hue, this is a beautiful rendition of the traditional style.

1x | Moo Brew • IPA

American IPA | 6.66% | Berriedale, TAS

After refusing to brew the style for years, Moo Brew finally caved and put together their rendition of an American IPA. Of course, being owned by the same group as MONA meant they had to be a little cheeky, with the ABV deliberately blasphemous (though decidedly delicious!)
